Why now

You can’t find the people. A robot can take the job they keep leaving.

66%

of small firms in Malta struggle to hire skilled staff. That’s the highest in the EU.

European Commission, Flash Eurobarometer 571
3rd

Malta has the third-highest share of unfilled jobs in the EU.

Eurostat, 2025
No. 1

Finding staff is still the top problem for Maltese businesses.

Malta Chamber of SMEs, 2026

The jobs people leave first are the repetitive ones: lifting, stacking, moving stock. Those are exactly the jobs a robot does well.

A recent project

A palletising line, done right.

A light manufacturer had two people stacking boxes onto pallets all day. We built a robot cell sized to their line. Both workers moved to work that needs a person.

Grant and tax credit rules change. We check each project against the schemes open at the time.

How we work

Four steps. No guesswork.

  1. Scoping

We look at your line and your numbers, not a sales brochure.

  2. Proof of concept

We test it small, in our lab or on your site, before you spend the real budget.

  3. Rollout

We install it, watch how it performs, and sign it off with you.

  4. Support

We’re a local team, a phone call or a short drive away.

Engineers you can call, not a ticket overseas.

Built in Malta

We design and build our own grippers, cells and even our humanoid robot, KIt.

Backed by the Bajada Lyons Group

A Maltese group behind us, for the long term.

An honest answer

If a robot isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you.
